I
alerted

the
evidencefromDavid
Broucher,
I
promised
to
see
whether
it
was
possible
to
follow
up
theleads
it
suggests
.
This
letter
is
to
tell
you
how
far
we
have
got

First
of
all,
we
have
investigated
Dr
Kelly's
recent
contacts
with
UK
officials
and
other
overseas
posts
.
Here
we
have
only
a
very
little
to
report
.
One
small
bit
of
evidence
is
that
it
seems
that
it
is
possible
that
Dr
Kelly
may
have
met
Mr
Broucher
in
New
York
at
the
end
of
February
2003,
when
both
Bryan
Wells
and
Dr
Kelly
were
at
an
UNMOVIC
training
course
.
A
list
of
some
of
Dr
Kelly's
recent
overseas
visits
is
attached
.
It
is
probably
not
complete
and
we
are
trying
to
fill
in
the
gaps
.

Otherwise
we
have
drawn
a
blank
.
This
may
partly
be
because,
in
thetime
available,
it
has
not
been
possible
to
track
down
all
of
Dr
Kelly's
known
contacts
.
And
of
course
there
may
have
been
other
contacts
of
which
we
are
notyet
aware
.

As
for
Dr
Kelly's
visits
to
Iraq
specifically,
we
havebeen
able
to
establishthat
his
last
trip
before
June
2003
was
at
the
end
of
1998
So
if
any
of
the
Iraqi
contacts
he
implied
to
Mr
Broucher
were
indeed
current,
they
do
not
seem
to
have
taken
place
in
Iraq
itself
.

that
this
readout
is
so
very
limited
.
It
could
be
that
more
information
will
come
to
light
.

his
