Dear Sir,

I am writing to officially tender my resignation from Powerdeal Energy Systems (I) Pvt. Ltd.
effective from today.

I never thought I would ever leave such a great organization, but when the opportunity arose to
own and operate my own business, which was always been a lifelong dream for me, I simply
had to take advantage of it.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about PDES, about all the people I’ve encountered in
tenure of service with the company. I have appreciated all your personal and professional
advice. It's my hope that we will stay in touch as I begin this new chapter in my life.

So, I hereby request you to relieve me from my responsibilities.
