There are fat burning foods, yet the benefit is very small. If you want to burn fat you need to create a calorie deficit. And this is done through exercise, eating less calories or doing both for best results. Yes, quality foods are necessary for optimum function of your metabolism.

Yes! Many vegis when cooked still retaining benefits, even their benefits increased signifitenly such as Carrot when cooked its vitamin A TEN Times gets higheer D
