Description

This is the first draft. I'm simply trying to get emails to and from our elected officials regarding HB 1428 Bruce McKay Highway. McKay was a rogue cop who violated several pursuit and OC Spray policies before a terrified young man by the name of Liko Kenney shot him.

HB 1428 was a secretive attempt by the lead defendant to honor Bruce McKay and it failed miserably once the Truth came out.
