Train and guide boy leaders to run their Troop.
Work with and through responsibleadults to give Scouting to boys.
Meet regularly with the Patrol Leaders’Council (PLC) for training and planningof Troop activities.

Assist the Troop Chairman in planningthe Troop Committee meeting agenda.
