and her people as expressed in the oath of office of all POLICE men and women.Please also take NOTICE that if no dispute, rebuttal or contest is forwarded within 3 days of receipt of this NOTICE to the postal address shown above, the content of this NOTICE is thereafter accepted and agreed by any and all interested parties.
It is my understand that you or your agents has seized, or is intending to seize chattels,in respect of an alleged debt belonging to somebody else.It is my understanding that I was intimidated, deceived and coerced into signing whatappears to be an unlawful third party
I confirm that I am the lawful owner of the aforesaid chattels and there is no lawfulentitlement enabling you to change ownership, possession, location, use andenjoyment of my property by way of a levy or a walking possession agreement. Any attempt to subvert or rebuke this NOTICE will result in an invalid levy and I willautomatically file at court a Form 4 complaint with an application for costs against thecertificated bailiff without contacting you further in this matter.
