NOTICE OF UNDERSTANDING AND REMOVAL OF IMPLIED RIGHT OF ACCESS

NOTICE TO ONE IS NOTICE TO ALL


WITHOUT PREJUDICE

It is my understanding that a NOTICE OF SIEZURE OF GOODS AND INVENTORY is raised on the


authority of a signed warrant of distress from a magistrate under sworn oath.

It is my understanding that I have not been at any time presented with such a document .
It is my understanding that such a document should be made available to me.

It is my understanding that on production of the aforementioned WARRANT OF DISTRESS I will be in


a position to consider full settlement of the outstanding balance of the account.

It is my understanding that if no such document is forthcoming then all previous and present
contracts or assumed contracts will be deemed by all interested parties to be null and void and
therefore unlawful.

It is my understanding that in order to be lawful a contract must include;


1. Full disclosure.
2. Consideration.
3. Lawful terms and conditions.
4. The wet signature of all contracted parties.

I hereby give NOTICE that the implied right of access to the property known as:

has been removed in respect of the following:

Any employee, or agent or principal or any other persons acting on behalf of the
CORPORATION known as MINISTRY OF JUSTICE LIMITED [06768774] registered at
SELBORNE HOUSE, 54-60 VICTORIA STREET,LONDON, SWl E 6QW also known to be trading
as MAGISTRATES COURTS, and
Any POLICE OFFICER who is acting for the CORPORATE POLICE and not acting for and on
behalf of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and her people as expressed in the oath of
office of all POLICE men and women.
Please also take NOTICE that if no dispute, rebuttal or contest is forwarded within 3 days of
receipt of this NOTICE to the postal address shown above, the content of this NOTICE is thereafter
accepted and agreed by any and all interested parties.

It is my understand that you or your agents has seized, or is intending to seize chattels,
in respect of an alleged debt belonging to somebody else.

It is my understanding that I was intimidated, deceived and coerced into signing what
appears to be an unlawful third party contract.

I confirm that I am the lawful owner of the aforesaid chattels and there is no lawful
entitlement enabling you to change ownership, possession, location, use and
enjoyment of my property by way of a levy or a walking possession agreement.
Any attempt to subvert or rebuke this NOTICE will result in an invalid levy and I will
automatically file at court a Form 4 complaint with an application for costs against the
certificated bailiff without contacting you further in this matter.

Please also take notice that the land known as England is a common law jurisdiction
and any transgression of this NOTICE may be dealt with according to common law.
