Description

The Executive Director and Council Members of the State Council of Higher Education
for Virginia (SCHEV) provide this report on the educational demand in Southside Virginia
and recommendations for action. For purposes of this report, the Southside is defined as
including the cities of Martinsville, Danville, and South Boston and the counties of Henry,
Pittsylvania, Patrick, and Franklin.
