Jessie & Sons Lawn Services in Hopatcong is offering a free fire pit to cus- tomers who purchase a landscaping wall or patio. In business for four years, Jessie & Sons Lawn Services is offering this special throughout September.
For lawn service and landscaping at a reasonable price, Jessie & Sons provides free estimates and is fully insured.
“We offer quality service at a reasonable price,” says co-owner Colette Ioffredo. Customers appreciate “Customer service, our follow-up, affordable pricing and we do care,” says Ioffredo who runs the company with her husband Jessie and their two sons Alexander and Joseph.
Services provided at Jessie & Sons are for both commercial and residential proper- ties and include weekly and biweekly lawn service; mulch, stone and topsoil; pavers for patio, walkways; walls; stonework; exca- vating; pool landscaping; snowplowing; and full-computerized landscape design for properties.
“We will take a picture with proposed flowers and landscaping changes” at no charge with the computerized landscape design technique so the customers can visu- alize what their landscaping will look like before any work is completed, she explains.
Most customers who utilize the weekly and bi-weekly lawn services are mostly in Morris and Sussex Counties, but the Ioffredos say they will travel to other coun- ties for larger contracts.
Jessie, a resident of Hopatcong for the past 14 years, has been landscaping and servicing lawns for the past 27 years. He got involved in the business with a friend right after graduating high school in 1984.
“I like to help serve the community and I love being outdoors,” he says about his work. He even got his family involved in the business and everyone helps out.
“It keeps the family together; it’s a fami- ly-run thing,” says Colette, who serves as company secretary.
Their oldest son, Alexander, helps out by running the cutting crew. He recently graduated from Sussex County VoTech where he became certified in landscape design and plans to attend County College
of Morris to earn his associates degree in landscape design. His ultimate goal is to design professional sports fields, he says.
His brother, Joseph, “likes to go out and cut with his dad,” says Colette. He also enjoys customer interaction and “helps with blades and maintenance.
