Production Test Engineer – Global Manufacturing Operations
TANDBERG-Cisco is looking for a motivated and competent candidate to fill a new position as
Production Test Engineer in Global Manufacturing Operations (GMO), with location in Lysaker (Oslo).

All TANDBERG-Cisco manufacturing is outsourced to Contract Manufacturing Partners globally with

focus on Europe. GMO is working closely with TANDBERG-Cisco R&D Departments and all our Contract
Manufacturing Partners. Our portfolio consists of video conferencing- and other communication products.
Due to rapid growth we are searching for a new competent employee within production test engineering.

The Test Engineer (TE) will drive test engineering functions at the manufacturing sites including site test
capacity, test yield, test optimization and TE management on the manufacturing lines during mass
manufacturing and late NPI (New Product Introduction) phase.

Area of responsibility:

• Manage test engineering functions at the manufacturing sites during mass manufacturing.
• Solve test issues and provide feedback to NPI team.
• Contribute in developing test and diagnostic programs.
• Drive test optimization and test process consistency within manufacturing sites.
• Responsible for site test capacity and capacity expansion.
• Drive manufacturing site test yield improvements.
• Initiate and/or execute the Test Excellence projects.

Experience preferred:

• Preferably BSc or MSc engineering degree within electronics or mechatronics

• Experience from manufacturing, PCBA manufacturing is a plus
• Understanding of test related programming (LabView/TestStand, Tcl, Python)
• Analytical and structural predilection
• Self-driven, team player and target oriented
• Good cross-functional communication skills (Operations, R&D, contract manufacturers)
• Good English written and spoken communication skills
