Times shown in this leaﬂet are rough estimates. We believecycling is too much fun to rush, so on family, easy andmedium difﬁculty rides we will always aim to match thepace of the slowest cyclists.

Family rides are tailored for younger children andless experienced adults.
Easy rides are suitable for everyone and weparticularly welcome people new to cycling. Let usknow in advance if you haven't got a bike so wecan try to make one available for you.
Medium rides may be over longer distances orinclude sections on busier roads.
Expert rides cover long distances and are notrecommended for inexperienced cyclists.
Under 16s to be accompanied by a responsible adult
On road rides are suitable for all types of bikes,including racers.Mixed routes will include sections on gravel, toepaths and light mud. Hybrid bikes or mountainbikes recommended.Off road routes will include forest trails and muddy,bumpy surfaces. Mountain bikes recommended.Photo: Duncan Holmes on Flickr
