A sweet basket
Of melodies,
Adorned with cheese,
And my favorite bottle of wine…
…and I’ve already
Begun to feel
Speechless,
Discovered,
Like a man, caught
In a transparent armor!

I’ve begun to feel


That sometimes
When the tongue fails,

When the pen’s stuck,


Maybe, it’s a good sign!

I’ve begun to feel


That from this gasp
A poem will be born,
As a geyser yet to burst,
To splash a rainbow,
Made from the cries
