Buildingsandotherstructures,andpartsthereof,shallbedesignedandconstructedtosupportsafelythefactoredloadsinloadcombinationsdefinedinthiscodewithoutexceedingtheappropriatestrengthlimitstatesforthematerials

construction.Alternatively,buildings
and
otherstructures,andpartsthereof,shall
be
designedandconstructedtosupportsafelythenominalloads
in
loadcombinationsdefinedinthiscodewithoutexceeding
