Well this might be a pretty good dictionary for us beginners.I have a few dictionaries and books bought so I saw that there are sample sentences in some and many meanings of the words but I find this good too.

This dictionary is not good. There are no sample sentences and no actual Japanese to help someone understand the correct usage of each definition. Many of the definitions will be misunderstood and used in the wrong context. Use a real dictionary instead or an online dictionary like Jim Breen's WWJDIC, Google, Yahoo or many other online dictionaries. If you need a printed one, I would suggest you buy one. However, if you already have these resources at hand, then this "dictionary" does have some merit for browsing, but not as a reference.

Hachi has many meanings, and even as the meaning "eight" it exists in parts of words here and there. The dictionary is accurate.
