Google..I want to use adwords and have paid twice, for "ad time" but get no results wahtso ever...All you do is ask for more money and gove nothing back. the ad wouldnt even pop up when you googled my company name !! So what kind of a scam is this.??

Anyone can help me?? I just want to ask if my google account was cancelled, am I still be able to pay for the google ads/adwords? Because last three weeks I already cancelled my account and on the past days I was seeing email notification by google that I have to pay my ads. What I did is I just ignore it because all I know is that my account was already cancelled, and then suddenly on this day I noticed that my money in my debit account was already lessen of the amount of $75.45 AUD. Anyone could help me on this problem? I would really appreciate you big help! And is it possible that I can refund the last transaction?
