ACME IT Ltd. is one of the leading IT institutes of Bangladesh.Its overall policies & rules are universal. Our report is focused on all rulesand regulations of ACME IT Ltd. Company’s policies should be observedcarefully to know what is good and what is not and the company should be extra careful with the legal facts too. ACME IT Ltd. has used acomplex vertical line organogram. This organogram is a mix of parallelorganogram and straight line organogram. The organization is formed based on only two departments, Marketing and Education service. Thefunctional managing committee is basically a three member committeewhich includes Executive Director of ACME IT Ltd. who is also a boardmember of ACME group of companies. Others include ACME IT in-charge and technical head.
 
The recruitment process of an organization or company is handled by the HRM(Human Resource Management)department of the company. But in case of ACME IT Ltd. recruitment ishandled and maintained by its functional managing committee. They havea formal recruitment agents are Bd Jobs. The reporting time for allemployees of the organization is 1000 hrs (10 AM) and the working hoursare between 1000 hrs to 1900 hrs (10 AM-7 PM). The Training system of ACME IT is designed in two stages. Stage I is the Intermediate stage andStage II is the advanced stage.
 
Except the international labor law which isusually not implemented in our country the company has not violated anyother laws. So we can say that the policies are nearby perfect ones.

Statement of the Problem
All countries of the world and every company review their county’s company’s policies frequently. This is usually because they want to keep track of any changes inthe policies and there legality. Bangladesh is no exception.Company’s policies should be observed carefully to know what is good and what isnot and the company should be extra careful with the legal facts too. The presentstudy will mainly focus on
the rules & regulation of ACME IT Ltd.
Objective of the Study
The main objective of the study is to overview the policies of ACME IT Ltd. Thereare some other supplementary objectives too,1.To identify the problems of the policies if any2.To critically analyze the policies

Both primary and secondary data were used in this study. But the report is mainly based on data from primary sources. The primary data were collected from a face toface interview of 
Mr. A. S. M. Zuker Nain DCM ACME IT Ltd. Barisal RRC and Mr. Md.Saiful Azam Tuhin Faculty
Tuhin faculty networking Acme It ltd. and secondary datawere collected from various reports, periodicals and research articles.
 Research Instrument 
The survey was conducted by a structured questionnaire as research instrument tocollect the primary data for the samples. Open ended questions were used to designthe questionnaire. Data and information thus collected both from the primary andsecondary sources have been assessed and analyzed by us using our analytical skills.
Limitation of the study
This study will have the following limitations1.Based mainly on Primary data2.No on field observations3.Made by data collected only from Barisal RRC

Organogram of ACME IT LTD
The organogram of ACME IT is as shown bellow is Fig: 1.Here ACME IT Ltd. has used a complex vertical line organogram. This organogram isa mix of parallel organogram and straight line organogram.Usually an organization contains several departments like finance department, HRM,HRD, etc. But here the organization is formed based on only two departments,Marketing and Education service.

Though ACME IT Ltd. is a part of ACME group of Companies Ltd. it hasan individual existence. As a result there is a completely different or distinctmanaging committee for it.
