School Effectiveness Framework
Schools, local authorities, Welsh Assembly Government, unions,professional and national bodies and other stakeholders involvedwith children and young people’s learning and wellbeing.
The School Effectiveness Framework has been developed by theWelsh Assembly Government in collaboration with key stakeholders.It sets out the vision and an implementation schedule for puttingschool effectiveness based on tri-level reform into action. Tri-levelreform is the whole of the education community (schools, localauthorities and the Assembly Government) working collaborativelyand in alignment. The Framework describes the key characteristicsrequired to build on existing good practice and improve children’sand young people’s learning and wellbeing throughout Wales, andeach partner’s contribution to securing that.
