Demographic Environment:
The population of the vellore city influence a lot in their business. Now-a-
days there sales of bikes especially Pulsar, are being used by most of the young age
people. The sales improvement is more with the men than women. Because, bajaj
products are famous for 2 wheelers for men. Most of the women are going for TVS
product (Scooty Pep). Since, Bajaj is famous for Mileage, most of the customers
are coming for that only.

Economic Environment:
The type of economy of the visited site is Capitalistic Economy. The
economic condition of their business is a developed economy.
Geographic Environment:
The geographic location of the showroom is a busy area where their business
got influenced a lot and also the place is good for transport of their products from
the manufacturing area. Since, they are handling only sales and services, there is
no other geographic factors influenced their business. This particular showroom is
one of the 4 sub dealers of bajaj in vellore. They got their Main Dealer located
opposite to the New Bus Stand, Vellore. So, their business got dull sometimes
because of the presence of Main Dealer nearest to them. But service is only present
in this showroom only. So, they are the best in the service and none of the other
dealers are handling the service. Their sale of product was 60-70 per month. But, it
got decreased to 30-40 products per month. This showroom was started only few
months before after the closing of “Susee Motors” who was a sub dealer of bajaj in
the same area.

Technological Environment:
Since, that particular showroom is also dealing with the services, they got
different machineries for their service. And the products which are especially made
for rural people like Discover 100cc, comes with many features which is their in
the other bikes. Some of the features which was included in the Discover 100cc
model are Self Starter, LED Rear Light and also with 5 gear.

• Tally - For Managing the Accounts.
• ABS Software used for billing(Developed in FoxPro Language)
• ABS - Anwar Business Solution. (Company Name who develops the
software)

And also about the various factors which influence the business and the various
