fIdGits Act Eight

My second novel about "growing up" in the 70s and early 80s. In this episode, the narrator rolls on into the fall of 1973, hangin' with "the dopers," skipping school on Senior Skip Day as a Junior, buying and riding bikes, the motor kind, and boats, the pleasure kind (?), and a trip to Massachusetts to visit a bud. And John Updike? Only hearsay. Don't forget the Watergate hearings. That wasn't hearsay and the demise of the Nixon administration was just a few ticks away.
