Housing and UrbanDevelopment searches for responsive documents existing up to the date the request is received

Headquarters' records
by
knowledgeable staff failed to locate any documentsat HUD Headquarters that would be responsive to your request. I am the official responsible forthis determination based on information provided

the Department's Office
of
Housing. Youmay appeal this determination within 30 days from the date
of
this letter.

your original request and this response, as well as adiscussion
