Reliable protection system for the rotating machinery

MP-1 series Machine Protection System
The MP-1 series Machine Protection System is used to protect rotating machinery.
As this system is designed to be highly reliable and safe with a deviation alarm function, etc., it
can completely protect rotating machinery from damages. Two types of Instrument racks are
available: 19" 6-slot mounting and 3-slot mounting racks meeting flexibly the need of any
system size.

Power supply unit
This unit is used to supply power to
any of the MP-1 series units (MP-1S,
MP-1Z and MP-1T) mounted in the
MP-1W Instrument rack.
Four types of AC and DC power
inputs are available, and any power
input type to meet the specification
can be freely selected.
In addition, if a failure occurs in the
power supply unit, it can be informed
to the operator by contact output.

Thrust unit
This unit is a thrust (shaft
position) abnormal signal
transmitter whose input is fed
from the VK series transducer.
MP-1W
Instrument rack
This rack can mount the MP-1P
Power supply units and any of
the MP-1 series units (MP-1S,
MP-1Z and MP-1T), and then is
mounted on panel as an
assembly.
One MP-1W1 rack can mount up
to 3 units and also one MP-1W2
rack can mount up to 6 units.
