There are some very good workout logs available at the bookstores, but sometimes I find that just printing one out does the trick for me. I designed this weight training journal page with the intent for it to be printed on both sides and then stapled in the middle. If you don't have a long-reach stapler, just use one sheet, folded over, at a time. There is a notes section at the bottom to include cardio, classes you may have taken that day, and I would recommend tracking your eating and your energy level each day as well.
