Description

This is the opposition brief filed opposing Gary Schons cert. request to the U.S. Supreme Court. While the Attorney General relied on ghost writers to write its brief--I had an attorney who clerked for two U.S. Supreme Court justices, and who assembled a team of lawyers from Heller Ehrman, LLP, one of the largest firms in the U.S. Of course, the Attorney General was defeated and the law was invalidated.
