Thanks for your work [to Phillips, Brown, and Thornton] as of Jan 2007 I am a victim of this technology in my country [Philippines] used for harassment by a political, business and military group. Could have leaked out from the u.s. govt since the times of the Chinagate.

Covert Harrassment and Electronic Harrassement can result in total control of a person. It seems impossible to proove and only the vunerable, isolated, depressed or even minor law breakers are targeted, often people are given different reasons for using the technology agaist them by lies about the victim. It is done systematically and over a long period of time until the victim wants to die as there is no redress from any organisation in the world. Nobody can help you as it cannot be proven often police and other agencies are involved. Read history on mind control.. There are no current laws against human experimentation in this field and this is where people should be focusing thier energy, before even the smallest difference from what is deemed acceptable to the people that carry out these acts. Psychotronics is just an excuse for EMF experimentation on vulnerable individuals. The people who practice this are EVIL.
