I am a victim of this technology in my country [Philippines] used for harassment by a political, business and military group. Could have leaked out from the u.s. govt since the times of the Chinagate.

Covert Harrassment and Electronic Harrassement can result in total control of a person. It seems impossible to proove and only the vunerable, isolated, depressed or even minor law breakers are targeted, often people are given different reasons for using the technology agaist them by lies about the victim. It is done systematically and over a long period of time until the victim wants to die as there is no redress from any organisation in the world. Nobody can help you as it cannot be proven often police and other agencies are involved. Read history on mind control.. There are no current laws against human experimentation in this field and this is where people should be focusing thier energy, before even the smallest difference from what is deemed acceptable to the people that carry out these acts. Psychotronics is just an excuse for EMF experimentation on vulnerable individuals. The people who practice this are EVIL.

Another good book to read is Angels Do Not Play This HAARP. Youtube has some really good videos on EMF and HAARP. Educate yourselves on these radio frequency chips before considering having one inserted in your arm. Radio frequency has been used to kill bacteria and parasites in the body for a while now. That is in low doses. Now consider this: If it can kill at low frequencies parasites what can it do at higher frequencies when placed in the human arm? That's right! It is possible that the gov't can fool many millions into getting these chips and then they can drop you dead...

Screw the New World Crazy Order. I am not in for serving their god (Lucifer). They want a New World Religion they can have mine. Bow you crazy insane fools and make sure you kiss my Non-New World Order arse.

If these idiots want to control something I suggest they buy a remote control toy. LOL

The CIA have been experimenting on US citizens for years now. In fact, in a news report Rumsfeld and a 4 star general were asked about the HAARP weapon and if they intended on using it on the citizens of the USA. Rumsfeld did not answer the reporter's question, however, when he turned the question over to the 4 star general he answered YES. Do a search for this news video on youtube and see it for yourself. These sneaky bastards do not have anyone's safety in mind. They care not for humanity nor peace. It is all about their New World Order obsession, and I personally think these people are SICK. Who carries a torch for this long about something that is insane anyway? Only nut cases...
