Below is a letter I've sent out to heads of CDCR, One man called and asked if my son had a lawyer. Can I get a lawyer to sit in with my son with this committee when they make their finale decision on this transfer out? RE: Jesse J Greenhaw P93999 CSATF My concern over the welfare of my son is again a major part of my life. He's been 8 years down, with 8 to go, and each time I get to see him, I have to wonder if it's going to be the last. Now it's my understanding that he's been chosen to be moved to High Desert, the prison he was stabbed in, his cell mate killed. Regardless, he's a marked target with these gang members, and sending him back there will increase the risk of violent crimes against his life. He has expressed his concerns of being sent back to the committee members and his counselor and was told "We Don't Care"! He has expressed to me that he can no longer deal with any of this. He will take his own life, rather then go back to High Desert. I don't know what can be done, to insure his safety while he's behind bars, but this action from the CSATF committee, shows me that they do not concern themselves with the welfare of inmates or acts of violence this move will no doubt inflict. I was told by one officer from CSATF that Jesse didn't have any enemies at H.D., what kind of logic is this? Because someone hasn't written Jesse's name down as an enemy, doesn't assure me, there isn't a gang member there that will take him down. I'm sure the men responsible for the death, and my son's stabbing and near death trauma, didn't have Jesse's name written down as an enemy either. My child will be put in harms way with this move. And I will again have to voice my concerns over this action to everyone, and pray that someone listens. If not then when my son is killed I will have no recourse except to file a wrongful death suit against Ca.

ps. Appeal process information can be searched in this site. To look into to an appeal of Arnold's decision AND request parole board power to act upon their decision is surely worth looking into.

I would search the State of California site and then others for pro bono legal aid. However,a writ can be written pro se,(without a lawyer) and this alongside others (e.g. California H.C. Rules) are excellent roadmaps to get it filed asap. Hoping an appeal of the reversal was/had been filed timely as well with a cc: to the Attorney General where constitutional issues are critical. Be cartain the H.C. is served to the Attorney General as well. Best of luck in your endeavors. Good luck. (keep
