Club IT is a club set to service the community around them. The owners have opened thisgreat club with a mission statement as follows,

"We, Ruben and Lisa, offer you live music, DJ's,dance space and refreshments that suit your lifestyle. You are our friends, and we seek to build acommunity that meets regularly at Club IT." (higheredbcs.wiley.com) I had the pleasure of visiting ClubIT and enjoying the live music and friendliness atmosphere around the club. I will say that as I enjoyedthe club, I kept in mind the mission statement that you had for the club in general. I will like to say that asan intern I enjoyed what your club does and how you have set up your club, there are many things thatyou can do to improve the profits of your club.

As an intern, I would like to give some suggestions that will help you improve the technology part of your club, which means bringing more clients to your club. After taking time andresearching what would be best for your club, I have set plans that will suite your club as well asyour pocket. I wanted Club IT to be up to date with the new technology, but I also made sure thatthese changes were not going to affect the Club financially. I will be describing the followingtopics: Organization and demographic, goals and strategic, professional development, assessmentof needs, budget, evolution, and inventory.

Ruben Keys and Lisa Tejada, by having an Associate¶s degree in Business Administration, you both are aware that by having one person to run a department would be a better plan to your Club. I understand that both maintain any and all clubs business, yet I believe that if theseresponsibilities are divided into the both there will be more opportunities to look at every detailof the club in a timely manner. This will not take away from each other¶s ownership but willallow both sitting and discussing any changes made before making the change. By dividing theresponsibilities bot can have the chance to research many opportunities that would be good for your club.I have also kept in mind the people that your club serves, by dividing responsibilities bothwill have more time to meet the clients that visit your club. I believe that a client always wouldlike to know or see the person that owns the club. By spending more time in the club visitingwith clients, both will have the chance to get feedback from the club¶s clients and see how theclub can improve to have the clients come back more often.
