Re: The ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring

I would like to thank you for expressing an interest in enrolling on the ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive
Coaching and Leadership Mentoring.

As part of the pre-programme registration process could you please fill in the registration form below and
return it ASAP to info@resultsdrivengroup.co.uk.

This is a 7 day programme and all of the training will run from 09:30 to 16:00. The programme dates are:

1. 22 September 2009
2. 08 October 2009
3. 21 October 2009
4. 03 November 2009
5. 19 November 2009
6. 02 December 2009

7. 11 May 2010 – optional date when delegates present back to me on how they have achieved a
£10,000 positive Return on Investment (ROI) on their coaching practice for their respective
organisations.

This final date is not mandatory but it does measure your performance as a coach post-course and will
give you or your organisation a positive ROI for your attendance on the programme. The reason I have
built this option in is that more and more organisations needs to prove the value of coaching in these
uncertain times.

There will be some pre-course reading: the ILM recommends the following publication as background
material for the ILM Level 7 Qualifications in Coaching and Mentoring: Concepts of Coaching by Peter Hill.

The programme is very interactive with practical coaching being at its heart; you will receive constructive
feedback on your coaching style that will help you build your confidence as an executive coach.

Programme costs – the course costs £1,595 plus VAT per person.
