Further to previous correspondence sent to you by Us, we act for Allan Eshuijs, Manuel
Reuter & Yann Peifer regarding infringement of copyright as referred to above, in which
we made you an offer to compromise our client's claim. To date, we have received
neither payment nor any satisfactory response from you. Meanwhile, this matter remains
live and will be pursued further unless payment is made or the case is otherwise
satisfactorily concluded.
We also note the response you have given matches a template response that is available
on the internet. With this in mind we are disinclined to accept at face value what you
have said, as it is simply a generic response. Meanwhile, this matter remains live and will

Accordingly, unless we receive payment from you in the sum of £295.00 within fourteen
days of the date of this letter, in compromise of our client's claim, you remain at real and
immediate risk of proceedings being issued against you, which may be issued at any time
after the expiration of the deadiine contained in this letter, without further reference or
recourse to you.
If it becomes necessary to issue proceedings against you and our client is successful in
that action, we shall seek an award of damages in an amount to be determined by the
Court, together with an order for an immediate interim payment of £1,000.00 towards
legal costs. However, the total amount of legal cos!s sought will be likely to exceed this
figure.
We therefore urge you to use this opportunity to settle this matter now. We look forward to
receiving payment from you within the time period stipulated above. Please find
enclosed a payment form for you fo make payment to our client in order to settle this
matter, or alternatively you may pay by credit or debit card over the telephone by calling
a member of our file-sharing team between the hours of 9:30AM ~ 5:30PM, Monday to
