approves it, if necessary. Some records can be published
directly without an instance of approval:

status according to the associated uploaded records:

1. Upload a new plan.


2. Send the plan to Publish
3. Access to each associated plan
record
4. Upload the associated records
5. Check the compliance status
on the dashboard
