targeting manufacturer whowants to generate energy fromits manufacturing's byproduct,prospective RE plant developer & businesses who want to saveon fuel by using REPS, ITA (100%), import duty andsales tax exemption for Sdn.Bhd. & Bhd. companies that gofor RE and EEcompanies that generate energyto sell & for own use gets themost incentives for REenergy services companies thatundertake energy auditingservice activities will get mostincentives for EEapplication for RE and EEincentives shall be made before31 December 2010 and theprojects shall be commencedwithin 1 year after approvalincentives for obtaining GBIcertificate valid between 24October 2009 until 31 December 2014businesses who obtaining GBIfor their building are eligible for 100% tax exemption equivalentto the amount of QEbusinesses & individual whobought GBI certified propertywill get stamp duty exemptionwhile companies are allowed toapply for expatriate posts, theywere encouraged to hire andtrain Malaysian in the same field
