lol man this is funny , when i was working for a call center i got a call and the customer shouted at me saying that his phone is calling his mum and he is not going to take it any more and so i will have to tell the phone not to call his mother. well g8 post :-)

Half of the appeal of working at a call center would be to laugh at the customers....not sure if they should be getting paid more or less for having the pleasure! Thanks for the post---very funny.
