Please note that the policy formulated in 1982 was done under the leadership of HM Ershad, i mistakenly have written its Ziaur Rahman. The table showing industrial policy and leadership only show under whose leadership the policy has been formulated. Though each policy takes a long time to formulate the table in that sense not that helpful.
