Memorandum of Understanding |R T V and the Full Service Dealer
Full Service Dealer Expectations from RTV
1. Provide a tested and fully functional virtual tour product
2. Make available updates of the virtual tour product in tune with changing technology
3. RTV will understand the competitive landscape and advise dealers on how to remain
competitive as well as continue to strive to provide a competitive world class product
4. RTV virtual tour hosting will be 100% available and functional
5. RTV will continue to work with other vendors with complementary products to open additional
revenue stream opportunities for dealers
6. RTV will continue to refine its products with the purpose of streamlining and automating
processes to further reduce the time needed to create and publish virtual tours as well as virtual
tour related products including but not limited to video and flyer publications
7. RTV will provide webinars on a regular basis with the goal of providing extended education
classes to its full service dealers on a wide variety of topics including operations, marketing,
technical guidance, and companion non RTV products
8. Technical support will be provided by RTV to all Full Service Dealers without additional charge
9. Where dealers are performing to expectation, RTV will not allow another new dealer within
that geographic territory thus not allowing an over saturation of dealers
10. RTV will host an annual meeting for the purpose of additional training for its full service dealers
11. RTV will continue to develop national accounts with the purpose of allowing the full service
dealers to service those accounts
12. RTV will promote its full service dealers through its web site and not solicit for new virtual tour
providers in geographical areas that are already serviced by a performing full service dealer
13. Leads received by RTV that are for geographical areas serviced by a full service dealer will be
forwarded to that dealer expeditiously
14. A forum will be provided to all dealers for the purpose of sharing operational, marketing, and
technical experiences
15. RTV will continue to have a strong web presences with the goal of providing leads to its full
service dealers
16. Tour Track dispatches will be within a reasonable distance of the Full Service Dealers and follow
reasonable compensation for the time and work involved
RTV Expectations from Full Service Dealers
1. Full Service Dealers will have adequate insurance so that they may participate in the RTV Tour
Track program
2. Full Service Dealers will accept Tour Track dispatches in a timely manner
