I am an Ex Rhodesian who fished the Kariba Internationals during the 60's & 70's and we used the goliath tiger as live bait, would you believe? I didn't think so! But seriously the biggest tiger I ever caught was only 11lbs 7oz.I also recall that a tiger of about 35lbs was caught in a net at Kariba, many years back, but this may not be the current record!Is there any chance someone can introduce the goliath into Kariba and make things interesting again? Tight lines to all.
