The following are our assumptions for the CCTV and other security devices for Two Evotech

project.
 
CCTV
-peremeter of the building 4 units PTZ type (1 at each corner)
-entrance lobby, 1 unit fixed type dome camera
-lvsg/gsp room 1 unit fixed type dome camera
-inside elevator cars, 1 unit each of fixed type pinhole concealed camera
-elevator lobby (typical til 5th floor) 1 unit fixed type camera
-FE Stair 1 1 unit fixed type camera (GF only)
-FE Stair 2 1 unit fixed type camera (GF only)
-FE Stair 1 (roofdeck level) 1 unit fixed type camera
 
initial camera provisions 16 units (4 PTZ type, 12 fixed type)
all outdoor cameras are weather resistant, in vandal proof enclosure, IP56 rated.
DVR is hybrid system, standalone but can be networked with other DVRs in the project.
 
Access control
-all FE stairs and utility rooms are equipped with door monitoring hardware
-no provision for card access, only monitoring
