Before the Court is Plaintiff’s Motion to Defer Consideration of Motion for Sanctions

Filed by Defendants Hoft, Stranahan, Creighton, Wilburn, Hickford, and Words-N-Ideas, LLC

until after November 13, 2018 Oral Argument (“Motion for Extension”). ECF No. 105. Plaintiff

requests an extension to respond to Defendants’ sanctions motion, ECF No. 101, until after the

presiding District Judge rules on Defendants’ motions to dismiss. The parties disagree about

whether the motions to dismiss and motion for sanctions raise the same issues. See ECF Nos.

Finding that full briefing on the motion for sanctions under the normal briefing

procedures and schedule will assist the Court in resolving the issues raised in that motion, the

undersigned Magistrate Judge hereby DENIES Plaintiff’s Motion for Extension.
