on page 17, I take naps for at least 2 hours, right around 1pm-3pm, and they're perfectly well-rested. I on average sleep from 12 midnight to around 8am, sometimes 9am, only waking up a few times during the night and being able to get right back to sleep. So, this Napping guide isn't accurate.
