“Holiday Mash-up Carnival”
What is a Holiday Mash-up??? It is a fun event which takes place both
inside and outside of our campus to help raise money to pay for our reading textbooks

Paper copies of the newsletter will be paperless beginning second semester! The weekly newsletter is always posted on our
website, on our school DOJO, and we have paper copies on the front office counter. If you need a paper copy to come home
please notify your child’s teacher and they will let the office know.

CCSD Parent Survey: Please help us by completing the CCSD Parent Survey for David Cox Elementary School. The survey
can be found at http://www.ccsd.net/survey. It only takes a few minutes and the more parents we have that
complete the survey, the more our school earns on our state performance report. Every point counts for our Star Rating. As of
last Friday, we’ve only had 174 out of 945 parents complete the survey. It doesn’t have to be one parent per household, if a
parent and/or grandparent is listed under Infinite Campus then they can take the survey to help our school.
