On rollover problem:among the antirollover means for cryogenic tanks I can propose You my old patent (Rus. No 2027944) in which the liquid accumulating at tank bottom and responsible for rollover is permanently removed to interphase instead of sporadic blowout of liquid to it which results in rollover. Sincerely. vladimir. vvoyt@rambler.ru
