as many said that poem actually belongs to Jorge Luis Borges, who do you keep that with the name of Veronica A. Shoffstall?

Yep Jorge Luis Borges. 1899-198? I actually thought I did for a while but all I can figure is that I read or heard it somewhere and it came back to me when circumstances in my life made me need it. But when I saw the translation (I don't speak Spanish) I knew I must have been exposed to it as a very small child and internalized it . It is OBVIOUSLY Mr. Borges and credit should go where credit
