Southern Whiting (1kg) that you purchased. We are concemed to leam of this,
matter and would like to extend our apologies.
Our Coles brand products are produced to meet very high quality standards. We
work closely with our suppliers to correct any problems that may arise and we
appreciate it when our customers take the time to let us know when our standards
have not been met.
Your concems were referred to our National Quality Team and the supplier for
investigation. The fish is transported fo the supplier's facility in China to be further
processed. The faclity is GFSI certified manufacturing site and the product is
produced according to Australian Food Safety standards.
We guarantee the quality of all our Coles brand products and as always,
encourage you to retum any item that you ore not 100% happy with, fo your
nearest store for a full refund or replacement. In accordance with our Product
Guarantee, please retum to the store with this letter the next time you are
shopping, as we would like fo offer you a refund for the product you purchased.

experience on this occasion, as we believe they offer excellent value and the
improved quality standards have been well received by our customers.
