Definition:- Organizational behviour is the systematic study and careful application of

Most of the organizations have a number of employees who believe
that they are dependent on others as they are less efficient. This feelings of low
self efficiency can caused the damage to the individual and ultimately to the
organization.
so, the concept of empowerment raised to over come the problems of
low self efficiency and feeling of imposter phenomenon.

The concept of empowerment can be defined by as, ´ Empowernment is
any process that provides greater autonomy to employees through the sharing of
relevant Information and the provision of control over factors affecting job performance.µ
