Global Fellows Internship Program
encourages exploration of international work experience. Thisis a competitive internship program that provides selected students with international internshipexperience in Asia. The program is open to U.S. citizens of all majors and provides stipends for USCundergraduates (freshmen, sophomores, juniors and seniors graduating in December) to live and work inAsia for eight weeks during the summer.

The main goal for the Leasing Representative is to drive revenue for the property by renting and reserving units to local, small businesses. CBRE Investors – Acquisitions Analyst Intern
The Managed Accounts Group of CBRE Investors is looking for an undergraduate junior or senior to join the Los Angeles Acquisition team as an investment analyst intern. The intern’s primaryresponsibility will be underwriting office, industrial and retail investments in the Western UnitedStates using Excel and Argus software. The intern will be working on live deals and will be aninstrumental part of the acquisitions team. Additional responsibilities may include participation in the preparation of investment recommendations, due diligence and closings based on deal capacity andtransaction volume. Undergraduate juniors or seniors only, preferably majoring inFinance/Economics/Real Estate. Clear demonstration of interest in commercial real estate. Basicunderstanding of financial principals. Los Angeles Opera – Education & Community Programs Intern
The LA Opera seeks an Education and Community Programs Intern who will report to the Director and Associate Director of Education and Community Programs. The intern will work withsupervisors to produce and present programs for the community both at the Music Center andthroughout Los Angeles County. Internship activities will include providing administrative supportfor outreach initiatives including the community opera Noye’s Fludde, management of Volunteer Speakers Bureau and Library Project, and Saturday Mornings at the Opera art workshops. The internwill attend planning and production meetings and take notes in order to observe the process of  producing operas and arts education programs. Some telephone usage, filing, record keeping, anddatabase management are also involved. Schedule may include some nights and weekends. Qualifiedcandidates must receive credit from an accredited college or university for the internship. This is anon-paid position. Qualified candidates will currently be pursuing a four-year degree, and must becomputer literate with some experience in Windows, Microsoft Office, and database software.Graduates may be eligible as long as college credit can be received.
