A shocking KSLA news report has confirmed the story we firstbroke last year, that Clergy Response Teams are being trainedby the federal government to "quell dissent" and pacify citizensto obey the government in the event of a declaration of martiallaw. In May 2006, weexposed the existence of a nationwide FEMAprogramwhich is training Pastors and other religiousrepresentatives to become secret police enforcers who teachtheir congregations to "obey the government" in preparation forthe implementation of martial law, property and firearmseizures, mass vaccination programs and forced relocation.A whistleblower who was secretly enrolled into the program toldus that the feds were clandestinely recruiting religious leaders

to help implement Homeland Security directives in anticipationof a potential bio-terrorist attack, any natural disaster or anationally declared emergency. The first directive was for Pastors to preach to theircongregations Romans 13, the often taken out of context biblepassage that was used by Hitler to hoodwink Christians intosupporting him, in order to teach them to "obey thegovernment" when martial law is declared. It was related to the Pastors that quarantines, martial law andforced relocation were a problem for state authorities whenenforcing federal mandates due to the "cowboy mentality" ofcitizens standing up for their property and second amendmentrights as well as farmers defending their crops and livestockfrom seizure. It was stressed that the Pastors needed to preachsubservience to the authorities ahead of time in preparation forthe round-ups and to make it clear to the congregation that "thisis for their own good."Pastors were told that they would be backed up by lawenforcement in controlling uncooperative individuals and thatthey would even lead SWAT teams in attempting to quellresistance.Though some doubted the accuracy of this report at the time

due to its fundamentally disturbing implications, the story hasnow been confirmed by aKSLA 12 news report, in whichparticipating clergy and officials admit to the existence of theprogram.Watch the video.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SRIDNQNsUssThe report entertains the scenario of martial law as depicted inthe movie

and states that "quelling dissent wouldbe critical."Dr. Durell Tuberville serves as chaplain for the Shreveport FireDepartment and the Caddo Sheriff's Office. Tuberville said ofthe clergy team's mission, "the primary thing that we say toanybody is, 'let's cooperate and get this thing over with andthen we'll settle the differences once the crisis is over.'"Such clergy response teams would walk a tight-rope duringmartial law between the demands of the government on theone side, versus the wishes of the public on the other. "In a lotof cases, these clergy would already be known in theneighborhoods in which they're helping to diffuse thatsituation," assured Sandy Davis. He serves as the director ofthe Caddo-Bossier Office of Homeland Security andEmergency Preparedness. For the clergy team, one of the biggest tools that they will have
