If n is a perfect number , H( n) is an integer .Ore conjectured that if n is odd , then H ( n )is not an integer . This implies that no odd perfect numbers exist .
If the next statements are proven to be true ,than the Ore`s conjecture is proven . 
 Daca sunt probate urmatoarele statements ,atunci conjectura lui Ore este demonstrata .
Statement 1 ) Numarul de divizori al unui numar  perfect par este intotdeauna unnumar par .
