Description

The universe is detailed as either exclsively open or closed. If open, as argued, it is postulated that if all activity is composed of decision with regards to path, as not only inclusive of but defining of time, space can be described as self generating and reproducing, time as an oscillation with second order properties with respect to distance , if to avoid paradox, ordering of events is descibed simply from observation as an oscillation. All facets of the world are also delineated as functions of a synergy of proximal and distal elements that are divided with respect to the appropriate and innappropriate in terms of origin and direct relevance to current circumstances.
In this sense the legal is equated with Einstein and natural Law/Relativity theory9the familiar) and the uncertain with Heisenberg and the Uncertainty Principle(the unknown) and time (behavior, seeking and decision) as an oscillation between the two. Relativity theory is suggested to have evolved beyond meaning with respect to this interpretation, Heisenberg uncertainty to have become a means to predict involving though not witness pairs but unexisting events of singular witness.
