26” of Velcro1.5 yards of Fabric or Woven Nylon1/2" foamHeavy poster board
Making the insert:Step 1:
Cut out two pieces of nylon or fabric23.5” x 20” Take each piece, fold in half open back upand fold in half the other direction to find thecenter.
