WHAT IS “STRESS” ?? Stress is a conscious or unconscious psychological feeling or physical situation which comes after as a result of physical or/and mental positive or negative pressure to overwhelm adaptive capacities.
It could be physical, physiological, psychological or socio

Stress is not an anxiety disorder and it is normative concept.

Insomnia - The inability to fall asleep. Hypertension - High blood pressure, which can lead to lethal complications. Aging - Research has proven that people age faster when they experience more stress. Alcoholism, More smoking, drug taking etc. are the effects usually associated with stress. People under stress may gain weight and thus behave differently. STRESS MANAGEMENT Stress management is the amelioration of stress and especially chronic stress often for the purpose of improving everyday functioning. It also accepts that anxiety, fear,demanding situation, conflicts, uncertanity is stress. Relationships identified for support, help, and reassurance . Removal from the threat or stressor; managing the stimulus. Relaxation through techniques such as meditation, massage, breathing exercises. Re-engagement through managed re-exposure and Desensitization CONCLUSION Delegating authority adequately. Ranking various managerial tasks in order of priority by every manager. Accepting the principle of exception. Developing subordinates professionally. Developing a second line of command.
