Hold the sale at your home. Signage and ads will
be provided and arrows posted to Merrill Ranch
Parkway. Residents are responsible for posting the
remaining signage to their sale and removing the
signs after the sale.

From the US-60: Take the US 60 to Ironwood exit. Head south on Ironwood for about 9 miles, where
it becomes Gantzel Rd. Follow Gantzel Rd to Bell Vista Rd (about 7 miles) and turn right.Turn left
(southeast) onto Hunt Hwy. Stay on Hunt Hwy for another 9 miles. Turn Left onto Merrill Ranch Pkwy.
From the I-10: Take I - 10 to Exit 185 and head east on Rte 387 for about 8 miles. Turn right heading
southeast on Rte 87 for 6.7 miles. Follow Rte 87 for about 3 miles, then turn left on Attaway Rd. Head
North on Attaway Rd for about 2.9 miles. Turn left at Hunt Hwy. Turn right on Merrill Ranch Pkwy.
