Emeril's Essence
For some strange reason they forgot to include the main ingredient for Emeril's cooking in
this cookbook. So i have included it. Make a big batch cause this stuff is addictive. I pretty
much use it on everything.
Recipe courtesy of Emeril Lagasse ( Food Network ) www.foodnetwork.com
2 1/2 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried thyme
Combine all ingredients thoroughly.
Enjoy!
