Donald Troth, Asst. Director (Adllit Services)l1,nr)' ,Hoare, Asst, Director (Special Services)Sarah ,Hays, Asst, Director (jllt'enile Services)
CASE:#95-CR-836Mr. Richardson was placed on Bond Supervision February 20, 1995. Hewas originally arrested on February 18, 1995, and made a $250 cashbond. He was rearrested February 20 at the Domestic Battery firstappearance docket for violating the no contact order on his bond.Mr. Richardson reported to me for the first time March 2, 1995, afterI contacted him. He did not return for our scheduled appointment thisweek nor did he call to reschedule. Friends of the victim reportseeing the victim's car at Mr. Richardson's home. Mr. Richardson'sbond has again been revoked and there is a warrant for.his arrest. In regard to Mr. Richardson's criminal history, I have attachedupdated information taken from a PSI done in 1990. As you can see,Mr. Richardson has been placed on probation five times in the past15 years. I do not believe he is a good candidate for probation. However, in the event he is convicted and should the court grantprobation, I recommend the following conditions:
1.
Obtain a drug and alcohol evaluation and follow allrecommendations for treatment and aftercare.2. No drug and alcohol consumption/random DAis.3. Enter and successfully complete the Alternatives to BatteringProgram.4. No violent contact with the victim, Claudine Dombroski.5. Obtain a psychological evaluation and follow all recommendationsfor treatment.
